Friday day 4

SOoooo today i had to work. I was worried because most of my coworkers eat junk. Wouldn't ya know an hour after arriving my boss comes begging me to eat some of the donuts he brought. I resisted!! Though it was hard. I packed what i thought was plenty of food but i was damn hungry by time to go home

Breakfast was am orange, quish
And bacon! Linch was leftover soup with zuchinni noodles, and i took an emergency larabar and some fresh strawberries and black berries with whipped coconut milk.

I have to say the whipped coconut milk was delish but my tummy hurt not too long after eating it

  1. I hate to tell you this but the larabar is not whole 30 approved because it's peanut butter and not almond butter IF I'm correct but they sure are good huh???? I'm in love! I had always bypassed them because I thought they would be gross but I would rather eat that than a candy bar.

You are doing amazing! I need you to tell me how to get the zucchini noodles not to be so soggy. I made mine for dinner last night with some pasta sauce, I let them sit for 45 minutes after I made them into noodles and then used a paper towel to get them dry but within minutes of the sauce hitting them which wasn't very hot... they had watered all over my plate. Still really good but just a little too watery.

  2. Youre right on the larabar. I actually ended up not eating it because of the peanuts lol. I should have thought about that when i bought them but i was hurrying along and threw them in! If you salt your zoodles and let them sweat out the moisture itll help. Just be sure to pat them really well after and dont salt your sauce

  4. Maybe try putting them in paper towels and squeeze out the excess OR make your sauce extra thick to accomodate. I usually just make my noodles first and let them sit out for a good while then use them.
